These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Muhammad Ali Sardar (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) for the development of a website (“Website”) as specified in the project proposal.

1. Scope of Work

1.1. Services: We will provide website development services as outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties. This may include design, development, testing, and deployment of the Website.

1.2. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to cooperate with us throughout the development process. This includes providing necessary materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

2. Payment

2.1. Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Developer the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the project proposal. Payment terms will also be specified in the proposal, including any deposits, milestones, or final payments.

2.2. Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred during the project, such as third-party software licenses, domain registration, or hosting fees, will be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Project Timeline

3.1. Timeline: We will provide an estimated project timeline in the proposal. Timelines are approximate and subject to change based on project scope, Client responsiveness, and other factors beyond our control.

3.2. Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the Client, including but not limited to late provision of materials, approvals, or feedback.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client owns the intellectual property rights to the Website, excluding any third-party software or elements used in the development.

4.2. Third-Party Software: The Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of any third-party software or services used in the Website development, such as content management systems or plugins.

5. Revisions and Maintenance

5.1. Revisions: Minor revisions to the Website will be accommodated during the development process. Major revisions or additional work beyond the scope will be subject to additional fees.

5.2. Maintenance: We may offer ongoing maintenance services post-launch. Details and fees for maintenance will be outlined separately if agreed upon by both parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Exclusions: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the Website or our services.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical information, and project details.

8. Termination

8.1. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within days of written notice.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the development of the Website and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
